To import an image you need to open its destination directory in Teamsite first. Within the htdocs directory, you will find a folder called images with two subfolders, discs and user. The discs folder contains navigation elements that are used on the site. Images used throughout the BEES website are stored under the Users Folder in either
Note: All Images and other files are imported into the htdocs directory NOT the templatedata directory.
Note: The Naming Convention for all images is your surname followed by a numeric or text abbreviation. Note that no spaces are allowed in filenames. To maintain uniformity across the website, all images should be no more than 172 pixels wide.

Note: The icon next to the image will denote that it is locked by you and is different to staging.

Once imported, the images still needs to go through the approval process before they can be deployed to the server.

IMPORTING AND SUBMITTING OTHER FILE TYPES
The process for importing pdf files (or any other file) is identical to importing images except that these are stored in your own folder under the htdocs directory. To import a File you need to open its destination directory in Teamsite first. Once again, ensure there are no spaces in the filenames.
