  • Augy Syahailatua. (AusAID scholar). 'Ichthyoplankton and their condition in oceanographic regimes off NSW' - graduated 2005, and scientist with LIPI (Indonesia)
  • Troy Gaston (Austr. Postgrad. Award), . 'Nutrient sources of coastal pelagic food chains'. Completed PhD 2003, and currently lecturer at Australian Maritime College.
  • Jocelyn Dela Cruz; (Austr. Postgrad. Award Industry (with EPA)), completed PhD 2002, 'The biology of Noctiluca scintillans - a eutrophication indicator? Currently post-doc at Plymouth Marine Laboratories
