GEOS 2711 - Australian Climate and Vegetation

My research applies scientific principles to current land management issues and practices. I am particularly interested in managing weed invasion in both rural and urban settings. I have been involved in integrating native vegetation into landscaping projects in the Sydney Region to protect urban bushland and provide wildlife habitat.

 

I am currently assessing the weediness of eucalypt forest seedbanks from the Central Tablelands of NSW. I am interested in developing Honours projects in partnership with land management agencies in the Sydney Region.
