BEES Student Office is the first point of contact for enrolled students and queries of an academic or administrative nature.

We provide the following assistance to all students enrolled in BEES courses:
- Access to computer lab (BEES)
- Assignment drop-off and collection point
- Class attendance requirements
- Consideration on medical grounds
- Course difficulties
- Course withdrawals after census dates
- Grievance about assignments or assessments
- Honours student enquiries
- Late assignment
- Payment for field trips and course notes
- Queries about results and grades
- Substitution of courses within the same Major or Minor (BEES Discipline areas only)
- Timetable clashes
- Uncertainty about pre-requisites or assumed knowledge for courses
- What to include in your Majors and Minors (BEES Discipline areas only)
For students enrolled in our programs we provide assistance with:
- Applications for advanced standing
- Applications and Admissions
- Course variations
- Checking program requirements for graduation
- Late variation of enrolment
- Leave of absence or discontinuation of program
- Program transfers
- Visa extensions
