SUPERVISION AND OHS

If you commence your honours research project before your enrolment (such as over the Christmas break), you must complete a Volunteer Form and also a Risk Assessment form.  This rule applies regardless of whether you are working in a computer lab, conducting experiments or undertaking field work.  Failure to lodge these forms means that you will not be covered by the UNSW insurance policy.  Volunteer forms must also be completed by all family and friends that may be assisting with fieldwork etc on your project.

More information on OHS can be found on the BEES and UNSW OHS and Workers Compensation websites.
